Lodging:
Lodging for the TLDC meeting is available through a room block that has been reserved at the Peppermill. Please contact the hotel directly and use the appropriate code to secure the room block rate. Reserving early will guarantee your room at that rate. NIHB will reimburse primary TLDC members (or alternate if the primary is unable to attend) for the lodging cost of 2 nights up to $80/night +tax for Tuesday, 2/20/18 and Wednesday, 2/21/18. Travel to and from the Airport:
The Peppermill hotel offers shuttle service from the Reno Tahoe International Airport daily from 4:15am- 11:45 pm every half hour. This shuttle picks up at the North Exit of the Baggage Claim area. The hotel also offers shuttle service from the Peppermill daily from 4am-11:30pm every half hour. This shuttle picks up at the valet area outside the hotel lobby.
Uber or Lyft (download the app on your phone) or a taxi are available when the shuttle is not running.
Orientation:
A 1-hour TLDC orientation session will be offered at the Peppermill on Tuesday evening, prior to the meeting (2/20/18) from 7pm-8pm. The location of this meeting is TBD. This session is helpful for new TLDC members, but all who will be attending the TLDC meeting are welcome to attend.
