Tribal Consultation Session - Designating the State of Arizona as a Purchased/Referred Care Delivery Area - 12/08/2021

The Indian Health Service seeks Tribal leader recommendations and guidance on the implications of establishing a Purchased/Referred Care Delivery Area for the entire State of Arizona.  Two virtual tribal consultation sessions will be held – the first will be held on November 30 and the same presentation will be repeated on December 8.
